Instagram / Meta account data
You can delete the data ZapMind holds about a connected Instagram account at any time. This page also confirms deletion requests received through Instagram.
What we delete
When you disconnect an account or request deletion, ZapMind permanently removes the data tied to that Instagram account: the stored access token, the account connection, the learned posting strategy, and the scheduled/posted job records.
How to delete your data
- Inside ZapMind — open your Reels page and click Disconnect next to the account.
- From Instagram — Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → find ZapMind → Remove. Instagram notifies us and we delete your data automatically.
- By email — write to [email protected] and we will delete it within 30 days.
Request status
If you arrived here from a deletion confirmation link, your request has been received and processed.
