Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
ZapMind (“ZapMind”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Anveshana Futurecorp Pvt Ltd, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you visit zapmind.in or use the ZapMind membership and digital products (together, the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and any creator-profile or tool context you choose to save when you create an account, contact us, use a free tool, or purchase a membership.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Your card, UPI, net-banking, or wallet details are entered directly with Razorpay and are not stored on our servers. We receive only limited confirmation data (such as transaction ID, status, and the last digits of a payment instrument).
Usage and device data
Pages viewed, referring source, browser and device type, IP address, and similar analytics collected via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and deliver your membership and digital resources;
- To process payments and send order confirmations and receipts;
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- To send service, account, and (with your consent) marketing communications — you can opt out anytime;
- To improve and personalize the Service;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and local storage for essential functionality (such as remembering your session) and for analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
4. Payments
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your use of Razorpay is also governed by Razorpay’s own privacy policy and terms.
5. Instagram & Meta Platform Data
If you connect an Instagram account to ZapMind (to schedule and auto-publish reels), we access and store — via Instagram’s official APIs — only what is needed to provide that feature:
- Account details — your Instagram user ID, username, and account type (Business/Creator);
- An access token — issued by Instagram when you authorize ZapMind, stored encrypted at rest and used only to publish the reels you schedule and to read their performance;
- Media performance — aggregate insights for reels you post through ZapMind (reach, likes, comments, saves, shares), used to learn your best posting times.
We use this data solely to operate the posting and analytics features you enable. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Our use of information received from the Meta and Instagram APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Disconnecting & deleting. You can disconnect an account anytime inside ZapMind, or remove ZapMind from Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites → Remove). Either action — and any deletion request — deletes the stored access token, connection, learned strategy, and job records for that account. See zapmind.in/data-deletion.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only:
- With trusted service providers (payment processing, hosting, email, and analytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to marketing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
10. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Third-Party Links
The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
